BA next week.. worried & pc not been helpful

Iv got my op with dr K a week sat & at consultation with him like 2 weeks ago I forgot to ask couple of questions iv been texting & ringing my pc since asking if I could talk to someone about going bigger etc or just generally to get confirmation but she literally ignores that part of question & I’m so worried now ops next week & if I decide to change its gna b too late

Literally SNAP. Asked pc about going bigger she said pcs not authorised to order implants without surgeons permission. Fair enough. I asked for a last min consult with surgeon OR if she could call him and ask permission to order implants So they are at least there on op day to discuss with surgeon even if he says no. Sent that email a week ago, no reply still. Last email I had from her was 2 weeks ago. Text her today, no reply. My ops on 16th too! Are u highgate? Xxx

It’s sooooo annoying isn’t it! I literally am exactly the same I just want another size there JUST incase & at the mo she’s just ignoring my texts & calls and replying with something completely irrelevant & I’m just so scared their not gona b right & I feel iv had no support or contact what so ever! Yup I’m in overnight stay on 16th Hun! Xxxx

I am so happy I didn’t have that stupid PC thing. I just discussed everything from the first consultation on with my surgeon and also called one week before my surgery to meet again because I was still unsure about size and could come in the next day.

It is your money, your body, your life decision, you better freak out on the phone!

It just makes you so worried as if you’ve not got enough to worry about yeah exactly I’m gona ring tomo & start gettin angry xxx

My PC was Alison Brennan (on maternity leave at mo) I cant fault her at all.

Answered every call, every text, every query and every concern.

Text me on day of op and after op and even called to c if i was ok.

Think she is a credit to MYA and think she should train the other PC’s in customer service…..

Alison was my pc I had my op in Dec she went off just a few weeks after I had mine, and was the same with me rang me the night before and on the day to wish me good luck, also on the day I arrived home she rang to make sure I was ok, I think it seems the odd one spoils it for the rest!

I don’t like the fact that i have to come on here to receive a text from my PC.(coincidence..i think not) If the MYA staff cant keep on top of things themselves, get more staff…or replace with more organised people. The PCs should be on the ball as thats pretty much what their job is about, NOT wait for a complaint and then deal with the matter. If they replied literally as soon as they recieved an email/text (even if its just to say ‘ive recieved this and will look into it like MOD does), it wouldnt be forgotten about and eventually ignored would it. I know people who work in music industry organising tours, gigs and dj sets and they reply literally any time day or night to their emails on their phone…these people organise GIGS, not SURGERY, and i feel id be in better hands with them! Its a joke. Its not the forum that needs sorting out, its the staff. I dont like the way im made to feel that im ‘bothering’ my pc by contacting her. THIS IS HER JOB. IM PAYING HER WAGES. she should be bending over backwards to help me NOW, AFTER ive payed, just as much as BEFORE i payed. It all feels a little bit ‘cheers for the £7000, you can see yourself out.’ Im really starting to get angry about this. This is a LIFE CHANGING decision…and potentially life threatening lets be honest, and it feels like im dealing with teenagers who work on a market stall.

Head…brick wall.

9 sleeps to go….right, im gonna go on agent provocateurs website and try to get excited about this op again!
