Hi I just had my final consultation with Mr Fallahdar and I am getting 375cc to take me from a 32B to a 32DD. We agreed on the round implant because anatomical can flip sometimes and although the chances are small I do not want the risk and plus the round look is the look I prefer as I’m young (18 years young) and I feel I could pull it off!

My only problem is he asked me if I wanted overs or partial unders. Apparently I have enough breast tissue for overs but the risks are more chance of rippling and interference with mammograms. He told me that overs are less painful though and they look bigger with over (I was worried 375 wouldnt make me a 32DD as it is.).

Then he told me that partial unders are more painful and the breast will look smaller than if I had overs, but it does not interefere with mammograms or rippling.

I can’t decide because I am drawn to the idea of less pain but then I worry about rippling and mammograms. Also do overs mean that I will not be able to breast feed in the future? And does anybody know the percentage of rippling with overs?

What do you ladies think? I am in two minds! I know either way will be painful! I only have 2 weeks to make my mind up.

    Thank you ladies!

Hey Hun I had 375 overs on Friday, I’m currently wearing a 34e sports bra so once swelling goes down should be a DD. I have had no pain at all just felt like I have been the gym, I opted for overs as my surgeon said if you have Enuf breast tissue should always do overs and they look more natural as they move with it own body etc, feel free to add me as have few pics on anything u want to know just ask x
