ba on 16th march dr kazzazi , 460s under , think i want overs :( which are best?

dr k advised unders but after seeing pics on here i like the overs look , is there much diffx

I think unders look better than overs because u cnt see where the implant is with unders and wudnt feel it as much… But some people prefer the round ball fake look so choose overs, i have enough tissue for overs but i am goin for unders instead x

i dont think you have a choice, if you were advised unders, there will be a reason behind it.

if your unhappy with what you have been advised, make another app to see your surgeon hun, and get it all explained, and let him know your worries xx

I’d always go with what the surgeon says will give the better result. Don’t really agree that overs give a round fake look though, the majority of overs i’ve seen on here are sooooo natural looking. Suppose it all depends on how much boobage you already have xx

It does give a round fake look but thats the whole point in them, most girls prefer that, i jus dnt like the idea of bein able to feel the implant so thats why iv changed my mind to unders x

Don’t know hun, I’ve hardly seen any overs on here which I think look stuck on. I know some girls ask for that and look great with it but I also know of so many girls who stressed they wanted a natural look and had to have overs and really do look so natural. I think there’s positives and negatives for both. I personally am having overs because my surgeon said I have too much boob already for unders and overs would give me a much better result. I have told him 100 times I want natural so will have to wait and see! Don’t have anything bad to say about unders though. Anyway good luck with op x

I’m having 525 unders march 26th … I think it’s down to what the surgeon thinks look best , ire how much breast tissue you have x

If you have good muscle tone, ‘under’s will not give you a natural look and you will end up seeing the implant when you flex your muscle giving a ‘double bubble’ look! Overs are given when you have good pec muscles and plenty of breast tissue….they will look more natural and are covered in breast tissue as opposed to muscle, so will actually feel more natural! I’ve gone from a small 32b to 32F and most people havent even noticed they look that natural….but as Joanna says, its not your choice to make usually, its up to the surgeon who decides how much tissue you have as what is best! both have risks and both can look fake, it tends to go on what you had before and how big you go, I had 410 overs, and they dont look fake at all xx

Mario suggested overs for me as I had enough breast tissue but I insisted on unders as I wanted them natural and Mario said overs would give me a rounder look on top. Pleased with my result even though my nipples are still not in allignment! I’m sure they will get better. Well I’m hoping! X

I agree with hollybol and angeljeffersen. I’m was a bit confused myself after MR said unders for me and then MrT said overs. But Mr T said overs can look v natural esp if good muscle tone, and avoids the double bubble with unders where boobs sag over time and implant stays higher under muscle. Also, I know someone personally iwth overs and also seen soooo many pics of overs looking so natural (see angeljefferson – fab result). But yes – surgeon always knows best. And bigger = better, no matter if under or over! Good luck every one x

Overs can give a very natural look if you have enough tissue to start with, i’ve had them & so happy. Always trust your surgeon, he know’s what he’s on about dr kazzazi, i had him, he’d of given you the best option on what you’ve asked for and for the end result xxx
