ba on fri recovering from a cold….please help

im having my ba on friday 3rd dec im recovering from a cold has anyone else been in this position,i rang the nurse to advise her she said call back tomorrow.i feel well i havent got a runny nose or chesty cough just a man voice but my throat isnt sore.think they might cancel…please help…
