Ba wednesday pls help

Hi girls, i met mr adamo again as i think i was having last minute nerves. He offered me 310cc xhp but i kept wondering is this enough to look a d. So i managed to see him yoday and got him to go to 340cc xhp both sizes are natrelles inspiras. He said there almost 100% chance of rippling with them but im not sure if e would prefer to stick to 310 as e recommended and is trying to scare me lol.

Im 30b, size 6, 5ft6, 7st 6 so very slim ehat size shall i go for? And do u think i will be ok with rippling?xx

I don’t know about rippling, I am just praying I won’t get it. 310 has a diameter of 11cm and projection of 5.4cm. 340 has a diameter of 11.25 and 5.5cm projection. That one milimeter projection really won’t make any difference hun. I had this discussion so many times with my surgeon and I know now, debating over 325 or 345 is not worth it. It is more a thing in your head that you need to be comfortable with your size decision.

Your weight is very low and I can only imagine how slim you are. From pics I have seen on here. I think 310 won’t be small on you at all and most likely a D.

I know what u mean hun its definately just nerves. I know theres very small difference in the size thats why i dont get how if i had 310cc i get the usual 6% chance of rippling but 340cc is slmost 100%. This confused me. Just unsure what size to have xx

yea I know what you mean. I guess he really wants to make sure that you won’t blame him in case you get rippling. Maybe you are already borderline with the diameter. My surgeon made sure I stay well below my breast diameter to cover the implant from both sides.

I think thats what e is getting out to. Well least he is ordering both implants so i got sometime to decide. Although we dont have long at all do we hun u excited? X

i’m in the same position as you DR Chantarasak he has offered me 330cc or 345cc i would really like the 345cc but he said i could get rippling….. to be honest with you i might just leave it upto him.

i really would be upset if i had rippling but on the other hand i do have boob greed and i would love the 345cc …..

Lol sindy u sound like me, i want the 340cc but worried bout tippling like u said. To be honest its hardly no difference in projection its mainly abit wider but its not loads. When is your surgery? X

hey staceyr, duno if this will help at all but im 7stone, size 6, small 32B and i was offered 360,390,420 (and at a push – 460), im meeting my surgeon again in approx 3 weeks so il update on here the size im definately going with but aparently i can have 420 without massive risk of rippling… so il prob go with 420 and not risk the 460 x

Hi hun thank u gor messaging. Thats interesting to know, i dont c how 30cc more makes me go from the normal 6% chance of rippling to almost 100% if i have 340. Were basically same measurments but im 7st6 and 30b. What ones u going for? My ba is 30th may x

well i have a good amount of breast tissue already there (although i duno how as im a very small 32 B ) so thats why i was pushing for the 460 and my surgeon didnt really put me off it he just recommended either 390 or 420 to match the size i told him i wanted which was a D/DD, i think 460 might be pushing my luck a bit lol. Id hate to get rippling and stretch marks and tbh i really dont think id wana be too big on my small frame, i like both the fake and natural look but for me personally i want natural looking ones yeah thers not much in 30cc – but if you dont have much breast tissue or skin then maybe stretching it that little bit further can increase risk more? mu BA is 17th july, going for last consultation june 23rd so il update ya! lol will add u now xx

Ah thats probably ehy then cause mr adamo said i have a tony amount of breast tissue. Well ive asked him to order both in so i have until wednesday to decide lol. U dont have to long now thrn it does go really quick. I would hate to get stretch marks on my boobs especially since ive had 2 big babys and didnt get stretch marks lol. Xx

Staceee soo excited for u! Iv got rippling n if dr kazzazi wud of told me id hav less chance of havin it wiv smaller implants id deffo 100% of gone smaller. Member ur not doin it so other ppl think uv gt big boobs its so u can c them n m can c em u ur.100% confidnt, ripplin ruins the way they feel trust me. Inbox me on fb wenever u need to xx

Thanks vik its come round well quick! i know what u mean theres only like 1 millimetre difference in projection so not worth worrying bout that but there slightly wider again its not alot but as im small now i can understand what e means when e said implant will just about fit in but it will fit in. What size u now hun? Xx

I know! So glad u decided to do it u wont regret it promise , i dnt even think about my boobs nemore spesh wen the weathers lyk this, strapless maxi dresses n that . I kno i sed go wiv the biggest but not if it means rippling not worth it at all. 32/30DD nw, went lakeside yday got some beaut bras lol! Im inbetween a DD n an E but its jus wer my boobs r pushin out DDs v slightly. Wen u can wear bras boux avenue is brill only place i found that does 30s in bigger sizes, gta get 32s everywer else xx

Size 10 and 9st 7 and think mine look perfect size on me so can only imagine yours won’t small on you with you being so dinky x feel free to add me and have a look if you want x

Not sure what size I am not been measured but I am guessing a D x x x Choosing the size was the most stressful part I made me final decision morning of surgery :p x

Lol i think im going to be the same thats y i asked to see him thirsday just gone to order 340 in as he recommends 310 so just going to tell him on the day. Just had a look at yours they look great already especially for 6 days po they look really natural x

Aww thanks, I am sooo Pleased with them, they looked hortible at first but fell in love once had dressings off, feel so big headed saying things like that as always been body conscious haha. just seen another member on here say she’s been measured 4 months post op 340 understand abd she is measuring DD x

Yeah thats a friend of mine she was who referred me to mya basically. Its not bigheaded at all hun i know how u feel with no confidence before opbi cant wait to be bit more confident again x

Hey girls I’m meeting Mr Kazzazi on tuesday and have my op booked in for the 15th June, by reading this I’m definitely not looking forward to choosing a size!! I’m 7st 8 and size 6 currently a small 32b and I want to be a D. I want them as natural as possible though. Would love to see any pics if anyone has any?? I don’t really understand the sizes properly yet but I do remember something about 380 on my 1st consultation, can’t wait until tuesday to find out more! xx
