BA with areola reduction

Has anyone here had a breast augmentation and areola reduction. I’m currently in the process of saving for ba but I would really like an areola reduction also as they’ve always been really big to the point where it’s got me down but now they’re even bigger after having babies. They’re awful. What’s the scarring like? Does it hurt a lot and can it be done at the same time as a ba?
