BA with Mr Russo….what to expect?

Hi girls

Im having my BA with Mr Russo on may 19th….se excited

but what should i expect when i wake up? i know some surgeons use different things…ie drains/tape/bandages/breast band

What was everyones experience of his preferences?

Expect drains And maybe breast band if your having unders if not sports bra good luck babe xxx

ugh i was hoping against drains, im really squeamish with things like that. yeah am having unders.

Whats the breast band @leah91? Can u just wear ur own sports bra? If the band is what I think it is, I dont like the look of it and my friend who had a BA with a different company had to wear one and she thinks its the reason why her gap is a little worse… x

sorry read that wrong, i know what a breast band is. dont want one of those either, they dont look comfy.

sharks- breast band is like a strap that goes around the top of them to push the implants into the pockets, i doubt it would change the gap though x

I had mr Russo last sat and I didn’t have drains. Just a breast band was put on and before I left the hospital the nurse put my sports bra on too. Think he has his ways of doing things but depends on you lr body too I suppose. Some peeps need the drains but some not. You in good hands anyway with him. He’s lovely. X

Do you girls not think that the breast band will push ur breasts done i.e. affecting the cleavage without a bra.. I don’t like the sound of wearing one how long does he prefer u to wear it? X

@sharks I ha overs with Russo and didn’t find out untill my 6 week check that I should never have had a b/band I haven’t got much upper fullness without a bra on wether this is to donwith the band I dont no

Thats what I mean… Thats why I’m reluctant to wear one, im having unders so wont have upper fullness compared to someone with overs therefore don’t wanna wear one at all… xx

Not necessarily ..everyone’s diffrent my boobs naturally pre op sat very low in my chest and I think that one of the reasons j dot think there very full but aswell I Asked for the natural look everyines boobs are diffrent xx

Yeah I have no upper fullness and as much as I want overs to help that I’m just going for under’s. Thanks for ur help xx

I had russo breast band & no drains with 525 unders…. He’s great surgeons’! U’ll b fine hun xxxx

Ask Mr Russo about the breast band,he told me its not just to push the breasts in to their pockets he also believe it helps to prevent double bubble.

If he advises you wear it,his advise is to give you the best possible result tailored to you as an individual.xxx

I had Mario too, I had 470 unders, no drains but I had the dreaded band! You do get used to it though. xx
