BA yesturday love my boobies in so much discomfort

All post op girls, how long does it stay achey, tight & sore for? xx

I’m day 2 and my right side is fine but my left side is heavy tight and sore xx

im day 3 and i’m still tight and stiff, it’s starting to ease though, worse on my left, my right feels a lot better xx

Im day 4 lol and a lot easier now, can move arms alot more, managed a bath earlier on my own! Deffo gets easier xx

Roll on day 4 xx

happy healing girlies!! just keep taking the painkillers, I’ve also found that ice-packs really help to ease the tightness and cool them down a bit xxx
