Back ache :((

Im a week post op i was walking hunched over for a week and now i can walk straight my back is hurting so much i have driven my car today and was in absolute agony driving home any1 else suffered with same? X

backache is totally normal hun, its natural to walk with a hunch coz you feel safer, try standing properly with good posture other wise it will continue to hurt, it took me a few weeks to get used to walking properly so my back wouldnt hurt xx

Its a pain in the back lol, I had terrible back ache the first week and still walk slightly hunched I would say, I find its more because Im still wearing the breast band tho as its constricting to say the least lol Im pleased to say however that im now day 18 and no back ache present, it does get easier hun I didnt try and drive until day 13 but still find reverse gear awkward have to use both hands to get it in lol xx

I AM SUFFERING THAT TODAY… whoops sorry caps.. and its so painful.. x x

I can sympathise too! My backs killing! I’m 10 days post op and am losing the ‘old lady I’ve dropped something on the floor walk’ but now my back is paying! As for driving I got back behind the wheel on day 7 I am using the steering technique you use when you learn to drive I have an automatic which really helps but looking round before I pull off and reversing is a bugger, plus my seat belts going soon its really not helping my new assets!!

I’m grinning and bearing it as I know it’s all worth it!! .

We’ll all get there just can’t wait to get measured!!!
