Back from highgate with my new boobs :)

Just had my new boobs today 300cc overs with Mr Singh and have to say he was so lovely and all the staff made me so at ease as i was rather worried to say the least lol I would reccomend Mr singh and the highgate hospital to anyone considering a BA xx
