Hi All,
I made it! Had 410cc MHP overs with Mr Singh yesterday. Here is my story:
I went up to London on Thursday night with my Fiance as I was convinced we’d be snowed in on Friday morning! We live in Kent and have just returned to about 4 inches of snow, so it looks like we did the right thing! Didn’t sleep very well in the hotel as I was really nervous. Got to Highgate before my admission time of 10:00. Had a nice ensuite room (202). Had to wait until 1pm for my op, was really nervous but my Fiance did an excellent job of keeping me calm! I was more scared about the GA than anything but this was the best bit- I had a great sleep! I was chatting to the anaesthetist, started to feel a bit dizzy & asked if this was normal, then the next thing I knew the nurse was telling me it was all done! I didn’t believe her at first until I had a look for myself!
Had some water then tea and toast in my room. Didn’t feel sick or anything and had hardly any pain, more discomfort than anything. Couldn’t get back to sleep as I was too excited and happy! Stayed overnight at hotel and woke up a couple of times but V-pillow really helped make me comfortable. Would highly recommend one! Have felt more uncomfortable today, and the left is a sorer and a bit more swollen than the right, but I’m definately not in agony and better than I thought I’d be.
I’m so happy with the size! They’re not too big, not too small and feel like a really nice size on me. I’m fitting into a 34E sports bra although I don’t think they look that big, maybe because I’m all bandaged up! I really enjoyed the whole experience and the best advice I could give to all the pre-op girls is not to be scared and just enjoy it (easier said than done, I know!) I first started thinking about a ba 6 years ago and my only regret is not doing it sooner!
Will put some pics up on sofem next week once the bandages come off. Feel free to ask any questions.
Love Katey x

Hi Karley,
I was really nervous too, hardly slept the night before. But in the end I really enjoyed the whole experience! Are you having yours at Highgate? And which Surgeon are you having? The staff at Highgate looked after me really well and Mr Singh did an excellent job!
Good luck,
Katey x
Congratulations on your new twins Katey, just read your story on Sofem too, and posted a comment on there.

Hope mine goes as well as yours!having the done in manchester tomorrow!so excited!!!having 410s too, but unders!what size were you before?!just hoping mine aren’t to painful over christmas!!xxx
Thanks Dreamergirl. Best of luck for tomorrow:-) What size are you hoping to be? Will look forward to hearing your story.
I was 32C/sometimes a small D before but didn’t look that big (prob looked more like a large B/small C). I’ve not been in much pain at all. Just finding it tricky to get in and out of bed/on and off the sofa at the moment. My Fiance has to give me a push every time I want to get up,lol!
Good luck and hope all goes well. xx
I’m 30/32B at the moment and really hoping to get to DD but told to expect to be a D (wanted bigger implants but as I’m very small framed – size 6 the surgeon wouldn’t go higher thn 410)
So excited now!haha I’ll have my boyfriend on stand by to help me out so just hope all goes well now!
Will let u no how I get on
Xxx
