Back is killing me!

Hey girls I’m 3 weeks post op with unders when do you think its ok to sleep on my side I’m sorry if this question has been asked before. My poor back is in bits xxx

I’m only a week post op and can pretty much sleep on my side! All I wanna go is stretch back and make my back click haha! It’s ok to do it if ur able to they say it’s the first week that matters most to try to sleep upright xx

Oh really I think I’ll try it tonight I’ve just been scared about squashing my new boobs and it effecting the shape xx

At my 1 week post op appointment the nurse told me I could start sleeping on my side! Although I didn’t find it comfortable until ten days post op but I do now xx
