Back pain and implants??

Hi girls.
I currently suffer with quite bad back, neck and shoulder pain. I have done since I was quite young but I think working at a desk all day makes it worse. I am skinny (5ft 4, 7.5 stone) and am considering 300cc implants. I wonder if anyone can tell me if they have experienced back pain since getting implants? Or anyone who suffered with back pain before the implants, have you noticed the implants have made it any worse?
I’m concerned they might make my back / shoulder pain even worse 🙁
