hi girls, almost 2 weeks post op, im finding my sholders are really sore though, i find it quite uncomfortable to hold my posture straight just now because i feel im over streching the muscle, anyone else with this problem, and solutions?

i got mine done tuesday and ive been walking round like a hunchback – it feels too tight n horrible when i stand up straight haha – i should probably force myself
i had it and got it around the same time as you have. I found that sitting up stright for short periods of time helped. Overtime you should find this goes i had it for about 3 weeks and get the odd pain now and then.
Katy i feel the same my back feels sore too and under my arms, i was walkin really hnuched over i looked awful im makin myself walk straight now but i still hunch over when i sit down i do it without realising. It hurts at first but i think it gets easier. xx
thanks girls im not the only one! il try sitting straigh though- thanks jojo- iv been using this as an excuse to hunch and slouch in my chair -no more! ha ha xxxx
i can just about wash my hair- i know how you feel though, the boyfriend kept getting soap and water in my eyes when he was washing my hair- he didn’t have a clue! just take it easy though chick it will ease up. lol iv just slipped in the snow, i pulled a muscle in my chest when i put my arm out so all you ladies be careful! i phoned my nurse in tears because i thought im implant would move! xxxxx

Im nearly 4 weeks post op now and have neck and back pain and found that switching type of sports bras from asda to primark and la senza ones which feel more supportive has helped and gradually u will ur able to straighten and stretch more I had unders and everything was really tight but has started to ease over last wk. Also been getting my fiance to massage my neck helps the ache so rope them in lol x
