Bad Back!!! Help

Hi ladies, had my op 10weeks ago today wooo (loving them) but my god i have a sore back. sometimes i’m in agony. Any tips on how to ease the pain?? xx

I know how u feel Hun I’m only 2 wks post op and I’m in agony with my back ache its getting me down, any tips would be fab xx

I have suffered with back pain since my son was born, I was diagnosed with marked Scoliosis 12 years ago and since pregnancy my back sometimes just goes and I’m in agony due to two bulging discs at the bottom of my spine, this happened after my Son was born so I assumed that having two small implants probably won’t make a difference as carried my Son for 9 mths!! now starting to panic eekk x
