I would say it is probably normal, going by my own experience,
I am just three weeks post op myself and things have been changing all the time,
I think your likley to have one soften quicker than the other possibly to do with being left or right handed.
Also where i was getting pain and discomfort to start with(more in the sides of my boobs)that has stoped but its in other area’s now.(More in the centre)
I really think having unders your muscles take a bit of a battering in surgery, and will take a while to settle down and relax.
Mine have softened alot but still what i consider to hard . But it is only three weeks, and i hear girls on here talking months !
I have realised through my own that it is important to still take things very carefuly and i’m not very good at that.
