hi whiskers, it obviously all depends on what look you are after. obviously a ‘cone’ shape indicates more projection whereas ‘bagel’ is a low profile look with more width at the base but the overall end result would depend on the shape of the boobs you already have. im sure your surgeon will discuss which is best for you if you book another appointment, either way im sure either implant wouldn’t look as bad as you make them sound xx
