Bandages

I have quite a lot of bandages on after having 325cc under muscle BA.

I’ve been told the bandages will be taken off 7dpo at my check up.

Why do we need to keep the bandages on for so long? It’s so uncomfortable!

What would happen if I just took them off now?
I’m not going to, but I’m just wondering

I have a rash as well! Not sure if it’s an allergic reaction to the bandage or just the fact that I’ve had them on for 4 days and not been able to wash and it’s just a heat rash.

I’m unsure about the bandages Hun sorry as I never had them. Hope you feel better soon xx

I’m not really sure why some people get bandages and some don’t! I will need to ask at my post op appointment.

It’s driving me crazy though! The pain and soreness I can deal with, the itching and discomfort of the bandages is driving me CRAZY

@rhiannon1984 ring your pc Hun if they are causing you a lot of discomfort, she might say they can come off early or at least offer a solution. Can you not put something under them? I put a tubie grip under the bottom of my bra as it was driving me potty lol. It eased it so much. I’m two weeks po now and feel much more human and better. Hope you feel better soon Hun xx
