Bandages off Thursday. :s

Hi ladies I was just wondering if any one has any pics of there stitches after a week or when the bandages came off I dnt no what to expect. Mr traynor if any but anybodies will do. I’m so impatient xxxx

I had mines taken off yesterday but Im too scared to look at the scars!! Im such a wimp!! xx

Can u wear your sports bra now and go in the shower. Tracy xx

Hey Lixy, Im wearing my macom. One of my scars still has a bit of healing to do, so the nurse put a steristrip over it, which means I still cant shower!!

She said ive to go in the shower on Friday, and let the water soak the strip off and hopefully that will be it.

Although, Ive been told im still not supposed to lift my arms to wash my hair until 6 weeks post op!! Oh well, just need to spend more time in the hairdressers! xx

I see. 6 weeks to wash own hair dnt think I will be able to cope it’s onli been 5 days. I hope so ladies have u ladies got full movement of arm. I have with no pain it’s reali hard not use them. but I’m trying. I had under and I no I reali shouldn’t use them much.

I drove for the first time today after a week of recovery because I had to go back to work, it was a killer trying to put my car in 5th gear…ive had unders…tempted to get signed off by the doctor for another week tomorrow…work was way too much too soon x
