Bath Advice

Hey guys 🙂
I’m 6 days PO and about to attempt another shallow bath – my mum made some daft bin bag bib last time but it didnt really work as it covered way too much of me. How is everyone else getting on with the whole bathing without wetting incisions thing?

first week your better of with just sink wash, but after that I ran a shallow bath up to my bum literally, and got my mum or boyfriend to do my armpits not nice obviously having someone wash you but it made me feel better ha xx

I just ran a bath about 6 inches deep and wore my bra to remind me not to get my boobs wet!! I used baby wipes on my underarms. Hopefully you’ll get the all clear to shower soon x

For the 1st week or so I just has a small bath and kept my sports bra on so it was impossible to get my boobs wet! I too used baby wipes under my arms.

I had a bath from day 2, kept my sports bra on & used a sponge and soap just made sure I rinsed all the water out the sponge when cleaning my top half of my body so no drips ran on my incisions xx
