Bath time

Hi girls,
I had my BA yesterday and all my back is covered in blood, did anyone else have a shallow bath after wards or just a wet wipe down? Also can I take my post op bra off whilst I bath??

Yes hun, you can have a shallow bath, try not to get any water on or near your incisions, you can take your post op bra off but only for a short while as you will start to ache and feel uncomfortable quite quickly xx

I have been showering in opposition to bathing. Sitting on the shower floor for 15 minutes 3 times a day seems to ease the tightness in my breasts, at least for me. Showers are recommended by doctors instead of bathing. It’s soothing … kind of like sitting in a relaxing rain shower ?

Ps. I’m 4 days post op
