Becoming unhappy with MYA

This whole recommend a friend thing is getting annoying, if MYA are not going to stick to something like this they should never have said they would in the first place. I asked at least 4 times if I was going to receive this recommendation cheque and was told yes on each occasion, still no sign and only had a “I’ll chase this up for you” from MYA’s forum moderator. Not had any replies yet and can’t even contact my PC about it since Glasgow is closed now…..
