Before and after pics anyone??

Hi,

I’m having open rhinoplasty and alar base reduction at the begginning of feb with Dr G. I’m sooo nervous about it now!!

Does anybody have any before and after photos to put my mind at ease?

Hi, i’m having same procedure as you on 28th jan with Dr G . .like you sooo nervous but really really excited . .waited along time and thought i’d never have it done until my lovely guy said he would pay for it and is being very supportive . .makes such a difference . . i’ll keep in touch as going along x x good luck

Thanks for your response jholi. My boyfriend also kindly said he would pay for mine. I’ve always hated my nose, but for some reason in November it really got me down and I booked my consultation with Dr G so I could get something done about it! We are getting married in May so I really hope the swelling isn’t obvious!!

I think the biggest worry for me it that it’s going to be a dramatic change and everyone is going to notice. I didn’t want anybody to know I was having the op. I really hate my profile and Dr G said he would bring it back about 8mm (if that makes sense) and then reduce the tip and bridge etc. My patient co-ordinator reassured me that it won’t actually be that obvious to other people as I might think. x

To be honest,she is right,although I have noticed a big change some people around me have said what different about you,you look great,but they have’nt put it down to my nose,we tend to scrutinise ourselves more than anyone else does.xxx

thank you, i didnt want a massive change where it didnt suit my face but i wanted a massive change so i didnt have my old horrible nose! he actually asked me if i wanted it to be a big difference or not!

people in my local shop notice the difference which im quite pleased with which shows what a good job he done wooo!! but some people dont they didnt see the problem with it before but i guess it depends on how your nose was before and if they noticed if it was bad or not, some people do some people dont, i wouldnt worry tho as by the time the cast is off youl be so happy you wont care if people notice youv had it donex
