Being chased for money!!

Hi Girls,

Ive had 2 calls in the last 5 days about the outstanding balance. This isnt due for another 5 days anyway but Im being pressured for it and as First Medical send the money direct on the day it is due I don’t see why they feel the need to keep ringing me…. I haven’t had any other courtesy calls in the process of this either!!

Anyone else had the same as Im also worried about First Medical messing about and my date being cancelled

Oh Dear, very annoying!

Hey! I had the same. They kept phoning me 4 weeks before my op date and I told them i thought it wasnt due for another week, they phoned me back and said they got it wrong.

How much you paying cos im paying 4000 and think its a bit much.

Ive got a overnight stay cos of the drains apparently. mines on the 8th of April with mr kazzazi, whens yours? x

Thats why you’re paying more then hun. Im having Mr Kazzazi on 10th April, Highgate. He said I will need drains but Im not staying in?? Did you get the 250 off? x

Yea 250 off and gave it me for 4000. They wont let me have money off for being recommended by a friend. What size cc you going for? I cant decide to get 300 or 340. x

Im having 340cc mhp unders… Asked for bigger but the surgeon said no way. The girls say go for biggest you’re offered though x

Corrie, you dont have to stay in over night for the drains, just tell them you want to be a day case, thats then £400 knocked off bringing the price down to £2600, which is what i am paying. Im staying in a hotel for 2 nights, which is cheaper than highgate hospital.!!

My pc was very good with me, did not chase me at all, i called them a day late for paying, they were fine. xx

Corie, i had unders with Dr K at Parkhill in February. I paid £3600 for a day case and had drains. They are conning you if they’ve said you can’t be a day case! Although i did end up staying in as GA made me feel funny and i couldn’t pee in time to be let out!

ok, thanks honeygrace. I will definetely try and make sure i get a day case if Dr Kazzazi lets me, as it saves 400 x
