Bending/leaning over

I’m 11 days post op I feel fine I can do everything but with the bending leaning over should I take that easy still ? I bend over to put the plug in the bath things like that should I still be squaring then doing it if that makes sense x

I started bending over to do things when I felt comfortable, the putting the bath plug in took me a while as I was worried I was going to fall in to the bath haha!xx

Hahahah , I’m just so paranoid about everything even shivering when I’m cold I think iv damaged them baha xx

I’m only 5 days post op and put plug I bath myself etc today? Felt ok didn’t really think about it. Am I not meant to? zx

I only had mine sat and I’ve bent over the bath today and washed my hair. Hope that’s not done any damage :0 The nurse told me I need to move about and move my arms etc though x
