Best for anti scarring?! And which sports bra? I'm 5 months PO

Hi ladies,
I’ve not been online for the past month but thanks for all the friend requests! I need advice from those who are PO… I’ve been using bio oil but my scars are still v red and raised. Any suggestions? What’s worked for you? Anything you think that is better than bio oil? I’ll attach a couple of pics.
Also… what is the best sports bra for running?? I have a Matalan high impact one but I find the zip comes down!

Hey, i’ve used bio oil and massaged the scars.
For a sportsbra, i bought a couple of shock absorber run bras. Mine basically don’t move in that. I would try in a shop, but cheapest on amazon
