best post op bras please

Hi there can anyone advise me on the best post op bra and what sizes?? I am a 34 B and i am having 380 overs.

The best is Macom bra. You can get it online from http://www.macom.com. They are front fastening, really stretchy and great support. Go for the 1007 make I think it is. I got mine in black and medium as my back in 34. You’d be surprised how comfy they are. I was a small 34c and had 435 low profile overs. Good luck!x

Hi! Had my op yesterday. I was a 32/34b and had 380cc overs. I bought a really comfy and soft sports bra at Sportsdirect from Lonsdale (not the crop top as that one does not clip on the back) (£7.99). Got it in 34dd and fits perfectly. Also bought one from Matalan (post surgery bra for £6). got a 34d in that one. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Do the bra’s have to be sports bras or will a basic support bra do?
