Best post op support bra?

Hi, I know it’s probably been ask a thousand times, but whats your opinion of the best post op bra to get? I have two high impact m&s ones but want to get another one, should I stick to the same or go with something else and take one back? Also what size should I get, assuming I’ll need a bigger one for after strapping comes off. Hoping to be a 34dd, I’m having an uplift and implants. I’ve brought one in a 34e but it feels tight already and I’m only a 34d. Help! Lol x

I am in the same position as you! I am POD3 and my Macom is driving me insane! I can’t decide if it’s the macom or the strapping wahhhhhhh. Can’t sleep, can’t breathe. I am off to m and s today to buy I high impact one as I have read they r very good’ if u find them comfy go with the same make xx

My op is next Wednesday, I wore my m&s one training last night and was ok but did rub a bit……I’m just hoping the cup stretches out for my new boobs lol. Was going to get a macom but then I’ve been hearing of people saying they aren’t very comfy. Who’d of thought so much stress over a sports bra lol. I’m guessing your uncomfortable due to the strapping, I keep forgetting about that part!x
