Hi hun, I would recommend the macom surgical bras. They are designed for after surgery. Do you know what size implants you are having as this makes a difference on which bra is best for you from their range. Xx

Macom for sure! I have two of their 1007 bras and they very supportive and comfortable. Great for if you don’t know what cup size you are going to end up. You just need your back size that you are now and it stretches to fit your new boobies. They have them in 4 colours, black tends to sell out quite often.

The shock ab is the best by far the macom is nothing like a sports they say sports bra a reason and macom is used or old lady’s n mainly ladys that have had cancer and other things like that a macom is nothing like the shock ab http://shockabsorber.co.uk/en/products/ultimate-range/ultimate-run-bra/ you don’t see ladys of sports running around in a macom do u but to be fair each to there own I wanted the best for my dollys and the mac couldn’t not compare to the shock ab but girls should try both then they will know by far which is the best one x

@jadefxox I would recommend some form of post surgery bra for the first six weeks and then a sports bra after that. You can’t exercise too much if at all for 6 weeks. There are cheaper post surgery bras out there other than Macom. I got two post surgery Macoms for a one on one off situation and I’m getting sports bras when I can finally exercise again. X

No it’s about using it for the gym it’s about keeping them in place and holding your implants up and off your cuts and plus it’s takes the shock away from from your bust taking the hit ( read up on them and u see that macc will not offer the same ) so they don’t move they say sports bra for reason as they have a job to take it from me ive had a full uplift and implants and two other BA which my mac was crap and waste of money my sugeon said he hates mac they can do the same job of as good sports but ask the girls that have tryed mac vs shock they will say Mac are not patch on shock ab but I will say proof in the pudding tryed n tested

@mush78 I’m confused I never said anything about them moving or not being in place??? I don’t know whether you’ve taken offence to something I’ve said? I wasn’t trashing shock absorbers I merely recommended posr surgery bras for recovery and then some form of sports bra for more active activities x
