best sports bras for post op

Hey I have just purchased a sports bra online, but I’m also gonna buy some from stores too, what do you girls recommend? Xx

Mocam or shook absorber xx dont waste your cash on asda or m and s bras they dont give the right fit or support especialy if your going dd + trust me iv spent so much money on crappy bras

The one I’ve just bought was shock absorber yayy go me lol. Got something right. Oh really I was gonna get 1 of them m and s zip up front ones too. The one I just got I ordered it in 34DD I hope its gonna be right size, I’m a 30-32a back depending were I go lol so got 34 for swelling etc, I’m a B at the mo and having 380cc high profile xx

MaCom are the best post surgery bras. They have expandable cups so they fit no matter how swollen you are, and when the swelling goes down. They fasten at the front and come down well below your scars so they don’t irritate like the other shop bought bras do.

When you’re past the 6 week mark, buy a shock absorber, they are brilliant!! Love mine for everything from sleeping in to high impact exercise x

I’m gonna buy a macom wen I can afford it, just moved house so 1000 straight owt of bank lol not good, these stupid bonds ha xxx
