I need to share with you my experience of the BHS simply smooth bra. I’ve been to get measured today in M&S and debenhams and tried on some lovely bras but been advised by surgeon another two months before I wear underwirea because of them

Rubbing on incisions…. I find this strange as most girls on here are told 6-8 weeks So to be told a further two Months is odd! Anyhow was having a look in BHS underwear dept as well and found some bras that are non wired and resembled a far more attractive macom that would accommodate more styles of tops so I tried one on! Wow!!! A non wired bra that has given a 7 week post op girl fantastic cleavage! £15 pounds ladies for a soft comfy non wired fantastic cleavage bearing bra! Go buy now! They even had some with a lace overlay or you can just have the soft cotton. They come in black white nude and cream!

    I couldn’t keep this gem a secret!!!

Hiya Girls do we have to wear sports bras for six weeks because they have no wire in !! because if that’s the only reason i would love to get some of the Bhs ones that are recommended as they look so much nicer and less bulky. I am finding it hard to hide the sports bra under tops especially for work. but if it’s all about support aswel I will endure the sports ones for another month :( Xx

Hi girls up to the 6 weeks post op it’s sports/high support bras/ macoms but after that some girls get told they can start wearing underwired bras however I got told by a differen surgeon to wait longer than that so wires don’t rub on scars. The bra I’m recommending would

Be for 6 week + post op wearers. Hope that helps xx

Silly milly in response to you question surgeon told me its all about the support for first 6 weeks after that it’s about being cautious of your incisions. Just be mindful though that various surgeons say different things lol xxx
