big arms :-(

im having a ba in 3 weeks, im 5ft 7 im athletic build i work out alot but my arms just dont seem to get smaller. im worried that once i have my boob job they will still look out of proportion. im really considering getting lipo too. anyone had a ba with broad frame or big arms?xxxx

Do you know how much extra it is for sure? I had a few things done so wasn’t sure on the exact price xxx
