Bigger implants instead of uplift & implants?

Hi,

I’ve been reading on here that instead of an uplift and implants some girls were advised bigger implants instead. I’m booked into see Traynor on Monday for consultation and wondered if anyone had any before and after pics when they thought they needed an uplift but had bigger implants instead. After everything I’ve read/seen I’m not entirely sure I’d need an uplift…But I’ll let him make that judgement.

Has anyone else been in this situation?

I’ve seen awful post op photos from girls who go for this, it causes more saggy ness and you can see the implant hanging lower than natural breast tissue, I asked my surgeon (mr mounir) for this but he said the podding ions on my nipples meant I will see lovely results with an implant and uplift. I trust the surgeon. You don’t want to have to get an uplift at a later date xx

U can avoid uplift by having bigger implants.. but call it a temporary fix because the implants are heavy.. they will cause more sagging so an uplift will be needed eventually anyway.. p.s traynor is fab i had him xx

I had uplift and implants 10 days ago,so glad I did and not opt for big implants, the way Mr Singh explained it to me was putting an orange in a sock, x
