i think the general opinion is that its best to go for the biggest offered, simply so that you dont have any regrets about not having gone bigger. As for pushing to go bigger, thats a decision that only you can make – to a certain extent youve really gotta trust the surgeon. if he says that the maximum he will offer is 410, then the question youve gotta be asking the surgeon is how and why hes come to that opinion – theyre the expert at the end of the day and may have come to that conclusion for health reasons or cos it would look right on your frame. They have to think about things like rippling, stretch marks,cc etc.. but if youur main aim is to go for lubbly jubbly big bangers then why not ask for bigger – its your body and your money at the end of the day and you should get what you want.
Different surgeons will have different opinions too – i was offered much less by the first surgeon i saw..then i met Dr Singh. enough said lol.
Its better to get it sorted now rather than having regrets later hun.xx
