Biggest size

Hi Girls,

Im just a bit bored and wondered….. whats the biggest size implant you can get? Or have heard someone has had..

What kinda size does this take them to?

i have 800cc xx

some girls on sofem have 1500cc xx

i think u can get above 1500 but they have to be custom made over a certain size xx

hi mr singh told me the biggest custom made implants are 1500cc tha passes all the safety standeds thats wot i got i wanted bigger but he told me no..hope this helps xxxx

Omg 1500 imagine how heavy that would be…he had a 1100 in his office and it was so heavy and huge I’m not joking I think it would of been safe to say I could of had just 1 and it would of filled my whole chest lol! After 800cc I no allergan natrelle inspira implants stop, so who makes the bigger size or is it custom order to that company because I have allergan natrelle inspira 700 tsx textured soft touch and I love them! So if I ever wanted to go bigger (not that I do at moment) would I be able get same but just bigger? X

If you go with saline expanders, you can go up to 3000 if you wish, or even bigger. It used to be possible to go big with silicone as well, but the biggest is 1500cc nowadays, if I’m not mistaken.

There aren’t a lot of surgeons who will do XL breast augmentations, but it’s not impossible. It’s just wayyyy more of a hassle and really expensive, unfortunately. xx

I only had 300cc’s but mine were G’s to begin with, mind if i add u girls, as im thinking already of having bigger ones lol i have an infection atm but as soo as its gone ill put pics up x

There’s a girl on another forum who’s having 3000cc custom implants in a few months time with Dr Shoaib. If your willing to pay you can pretty much get what you want xx

3000cc thats like lola ferrari, thats a serious health risk, wow! it always makes me feel so small lol xx

God I wish I new about that doctor were is he uk or USA are they expanders or silicone mins don’t look that big I think I could of went bigger. Because now months has past I have spree skin that could of been filled out a bit more .. Would love to know about that doc xxx
