bio oil or ??

what did you girls use on your scars? went for check up today and have been told i can use bio oil now.. but what did you girls use?? x

Palmers coco butter is good aswell and dermatix but its a little on the expensive side. bio oil is great though! x

when can we start applying things directly to the scars? im just over 6 weeks post op but i still worry about things such as soaps etc! even tho the nurse says do everything as i normally would now i dnt fancy rubbing at them with a soapy sponge incase i do owt!! x

Check the reviews on “boots expert scar care serum” I think I’m gonna get that when iv had mine!! The reviews are amazing x

i still have a tiny bit of a scab laura but once that has gone she said its fine to use creams, i cant bath for another 2 weeks though as im only 4 weeks. x

I am seeing my surgeon tomorrow, am 4 weeks today, so am hoping I can start using the scar sheets, fingers crossed!

i have same problem but someone told me bio oil dont work as thats wat i were going to use and i dnt fancy getting something thats really expenive x
