Hi girls does anyone know if you can have acryllic nails on for your op? xx

No you cant hun. I had to take mine off but had them done again the day after my op… Also, no make up, moisturiser on body, piercings,no fake tan, no metal on hairbands or clips… We all must look stunning during op!x

Will i be okay to get full head of highlights, but and blow dry etc 6 days after op?

No u can’t, I got told 2 take mines off for my op next week. Its so the anethnitast can see the colour of ur nails or summit 2 make sure ur ok durin the op, or so I got told haha xx

I’m as fake as fake can be apart from ma boobs there just gunna finish me off. I look dreadful with no tan n make up nails hair tied bk ect. Aww god ill need 2 keep my face outta my b4 surgery pics 4 u girls 2 see hahaha xx

OMG lol iv had my nails on since last feb theres no way i can go without them!! im only a day case so i know what i will be doing in the afternoon lol the make up isnt that bad will just have a few sunbeds before hand xx

Yes honeygrace you can do whatever you want after the op except for fake tan on boobage area… Ha ha sandy how funny! I was a highlighted blonde with fake tan and fake nails and now boobs but Ive died my hair back to natural dark brown just to tone the fakeness down a bit- ok well actually its coz my boobs have left me skint and I cant afford a full head highlights!! xx

Hmmm I also think sunbeds are banned 2 weeks before op too… Not sure why but I read that either on here or in the notes they give you. Just double check about sunbeds hun xx

Riggers I found mine out on my day of consultation with my surgeon as I decided on a date to go in then so as soon as u have a date ur pc shld b able to tell u wot time! Linzi ur not mingin, ur beautiful! I’m not seen 1 ugly girl on this site honestly we shld all stop bein so paranoid even tho I’m the worlds worst. I drive my bf nuts honestly. Boob jobs. Can’t we not wear just a little bit of fake tan on our faces? I mean, how are they going to know if I just put a tweeny weeny bit of St Tropez on just my face a few days before the op?

Someone mentioned getting their teeth done. My friend just paid £120 for whitening and it wasn’t half as good as something I got which are called Whitewash Strips. You can only get them from your dentist on prescription – £45. They really whitened my teeth. Although luckily I’ve always had good teeth. Just a shame about the flat chest, dimpled arse and thunder thighs.

Haha lisam love ur comment about flat chest and arse! So funny. I’m gunna try those strips 1st they sound good. However I’m a smoker so might not work aswell on me xx

Worth a try Sandy. For £45 you get a pack of 14 sets of strips. You can either do them once a day for 14 days or twice a day for 7 days. You put them on your top and bottom teeth for half an hour. I did mine about twice a day for only 3 days before I saw an amazing difference. I’ve kept the rest as they say once you’ve got them nice and white just do it one day a month after that. So well worth the money if you ask me.

If you’re a smoker, I’d say just to use the full course and then get an extra pack to top up your teeth once a month. I think you’ll still see a good difference. The dentist said they do exactly the same as the treatments that cost over a hundred pounds. The reason they’re cheaper is because they don’t have to get a gum shield made up. And not as harmful to your teeth and don’t make them sensitive. x

this is hilarious after reading this page its made me feel so much better. i was starting to think was the fakest of all! i was definately a shade of blue when i woke up after my op even my boyfriend said it and soon as my sis seen me she was like why is ur face that colour?…. defo need to invest in the arse shorts after doing feck all for 16 days but sittin on my ass its so flat. also would anyone recommend gettin the lips done? any good suggesstions on where to go? xx
