bleaching hair?

Im 5 days post op cn I bleach and colour my hair.its urgentx

do you feel able to lift your arms hun? Im going to book into hairdressers to get mine done after op and i want to have nice clean hair for when i go back to work!!

I wouldn’t bleach your hair yourself hun, the stuff they use in the store bought kits is literally poison, it’s so bad for your hair and if you plan to stay blonde for a while your hair will eventually start snapping off at the ends. Up until about a month ago I had black hair but changed to blonde and all this was explained to me by my hairdresser; I was really afraid that the bleach would damage my hair but it’s never been in better condition because I got it done by a professional.

In answer to your question, the anaesthetic would have left your system by now so there shouldn’t be anything to worry about.

Thanks dolly.i already bleached it.week b4 my op and nw im 5 days post op.i got everything from sallys bt iwent to hairdressers last time I went blonde.they tk ages to get it blonde sometimes and 1didnt even pt a toner on ,i agree its less damaging tho.x

Yeah I know what you mean, like I said my hair was dyed black and it took 4 rounds of bleach and toner to get it to the shade I wanted

It’s this treatment that straightens your hair and it can last for up to 4 months; but they use keratin which is really good for your hair, it repairs any damage and makes it nice and shiny Also it stays straight even if it starts raining or whatever…no frizz lol! I’ve only had to use irons a couple of times since I’ve had it done which was about 2 months ago and that was because there were kinks in my hair from wearing it up

I think your best bet would be to go to a hairdresser so she can tone your hair to the exact shade that you want with minimal damage. I would be too scared to do it myself lol xxx
