2 weeks tommorow since op and the bloat is horrendous and getting worse! I’m so uncomfortable struggling to wear any clothes, the belly is riding my bra up and irritating me! When did everyone’s reduce or any tips. Im very mobile with 5 kids and back to work, have had peppermint capsules, tea. If anything it’s just getting worse and getting me down!
Hii I was the same I’m 25days post op and only now feel my bloating going away because I had a lymphatic drainage massage yesterday ! It helped so much the lady said I was extremely swollen everywhere from the op ! Only thing that helped me, I tried tablets, tea, stretches everything haha x
I’ve just found some places near me that do that sort of massage but beo do they do back? Have you had any pain just in one boob? I’m 15dpo my left is painful still but my right is fine. To touch it’s not sore it feels further inside it’s weird to explain. Hoping it’s normal as the left has given me more pain for the past week. X
Yes at 15 days my right was hurting more than left not sure why but now they feel the same but looks wise one deffo dropping faster than the other. It’s like a weird achy feeling inside if I move around a lot still now at 26days post op x

My bloat has only just gone away! I looked about 6 months pregnant. I googled it as I was concerned but it’s the swelling making it’s way down it says. My belly is normally very flat so I was like 😳😂. I’m 24 days post op. And I had bad pain in my right more than my left. (Still waiting on that one to bloody drop) They say that both heal at different rates. Xx
@BRANDY hopefully mine settles soon then! You can see a slight difference but nothing major, like they say they do drop at different rates. I have one numb boob with pain deep inside and the other is normal with no pain! It’s so weird. I’ll send pic of mine they feel like they’ve got bigger today so wierd! X
WOW I love them Kay 😍 they look a really good size. They will look even more amazing once they settle. Honestly my boobs was the same with the numbness in my smaller boob. I’m only SLIGHTLY getting a little feeling back in mine. It’s such a strange sensation 😂 My mate never got her feeling back in her nipples 😳 So hopefully we will ha. But honestly don’t worry about the bloating. At first I was like, what’s happened to my stomach 😂 and then the nurse was like it’s normal. But it wasn’t going down. Then I started to worry thinking it might stay like that. But then BAM it went this week 😂 It did say roughly 3 weeks which was the case with me. I have been doing ALOT of power walking so maybe that helped. I’m absolutely ITCHING to work out so not long until I can and get my soak in the bath ha. Xx
I am achy all over yes and I did a body weigh leg workout yesterday today My muscles are killing me 😂 bad idea, I’m still bloated and swollen all over can’t wait for it to go down I feel like a whale 😂 getting better everyday
Hey Heba are you ok? Have you been working out? I might go back to it. My appointment isn’t until a other 4 weeks it will be 8 weeks all together 😩 I’ll struggle that long xx
Hey hey yes I am goood, I’ve flown 3 times and I feel good now only issue is I have numbness still under boob but it’s normal I read, they keep getting more jiggly but I have this weird line under one of my boobs it’s scaring me ! Don’t know what it is or if it’s just swelling
