It does go eventually honey, when you feel up to walking around, try to get up and about, dont push yourself, your body will tell you when you have done too much, but gentle walking will get everything moving again so you start to feel less bloated, xxx

My bloating took two weeks to settle but I was comfort eating crisps and chocolate and quite inactive. Try to keep those legs going gently. No arm exercise tho. I promise the bloating goes I was quite shocked at how bloated I was. I looked six months pregnant. It’ll go soon don’t worry xxxx

It’s day four of my boobie journey and I am still quite bloated.

It’s got a lot better, I mean yesterday I was ready to go insane because of it.. I’ve taken dulcoease and gaviscon for the last couple of days and it seems to be working. I suppose it’s different for different people but mine seems to be going down already luckily. Have a little walk hun, it’s surprising how much it helps

OMG the bloating is BAD. I have been eating way more fruit and veg than i normally do, plus drinking loads of water. Had charcoal tablets and dulcoease, and nothing is shifting. Its a bit depressing when you’ve had a boob job and your belly looks bigger than the boobs!!! My hubby can’t stop laughing his head off asking if Mr T put the implants in another part of my body too!!! I have no pain, just a massive belly!

i had to see my gp twice cos i was the same- nothing was working- fibogel drinks, fruit, veg, charcoal tablets… the list goes on. in the end i had prune juice, ducosate sodium tablets and lactulose syrup. this combo worked for me. i was devastated about the size of my belly but im getting there now- 18 days later. you can see the size of my stomach on my photos and that was after it started to go down! horrific! it will get better though! x
