Bloating

Any ideas how to get rid of the bloating? I stopped taking my painkillers and antibiotics after the first day as I was really poorly so I’m just taking paracetamol so it’s not them! I’m just sooo bloated, 6 days post op 🙁 tried everything !

I was aswell & very constipated! Charcoal tablets might help I’ve heard, my bloating has only just gone & I’m 1 week 2 days post op xxx

I still feel bloated at times 11days post op but then I’m still taking all my painkillers so I know they are the cause. I’ve been taking aqua ban and then senna at night to help with constipation :/
