bloating

hey ladies, i’m so bloated, it’s only day one, just been sick and feeling hungry but should I risk eating something and being sick again?? What can I do for the bloating?? xxxx

I’ve got mine Tomoz and was told to get charcoal tablets for it. Holland and barratt sell them x
