Bloating :(

Girls I only had my BA yesterday but already feel soooo bloated my stomach feels and looks like I’m 6months preg! Stomach hurts more than boobs! Any advice on how to get things moving in there! Xx

Its the painkillers hun, try taking a mild laxative or eat plenty of fruit x

Its the painkillers. I stopped after a day as the constipation was so bad I was in more pain with that then the actual BA! If you can manage pain wise with just paracetamol I would do that. Your stomach will soon calm down.

6days PO and didnt Go till today i tried Lactulose befor bed last night .. works wonders!! and it tastes pretty nice to! x

i didnt go for 9 days its an awful feeling but it will eventually pass hun xx

i got real bad boobie blues about 5 days postop was so agitated as felt useless and sick of sitting in house and felt 9 months preg with these swollen boobs and huge belly! its normal hun its the codeine phosphate in the painkillers but once u stop taking them trust me jeysss things soon get back to normal haha i cant stop going now! i took laxatives but while on pain killers they didnt work. Happy healing u’ll feel alot better hinest week and a half post op u wont believe how much of a recovery u’ve made! xxx

hi babe defo go with the girls and get some laxatives i didnt go for 6 days i was in well bad pain also i drank lots of prune juice !! tastes horrible but does help !!! hope u feel better soon babe xxx
