i knew this day would come, week 4 and i have the boobie blues!

They are shrinking! my sports bras are getting loose now too. not sleeping at all and i just feel quite low today.

oh and i had a bit of pain in my left boob/scar today for no reason, just to top it all off.

what a crap day!

hopefully tomorrow will be better, i am going to spend all morning baking cookies and then all afternoon eating them.

Wait until you get to wear really beautiful underwear, with more bust than they have, you’l look and feel amazing! nope, still peed off today, even worse, just measured myself again and im now measuring 34b upset is not the word! i did a sneaky measure a week or so ago and i was coming out DD! so wtf has happened since? im back to looking out of proportion again. im an month po now and they are getting really soft so i thought they would be filling out nicely now.

sorry zippy, i know what u mean, but i havent got the rest of the body or face of a model to go with my boobs so i dont look amazing lol. oh well, that was a well spent 4k…

hi hun, sorry to hear its going rubbish for you at the moment. mine are getting smaller and smaller too, cant believe how much theyre dropping, i want them back up near my neck again lol. i havent measured myself yet but to be honest anythings better than what i had. i know what you mean though… you get used to the big initial size and its so depressing watching them deflate. my bf keeps telling me im imagining it xx

ive actually had a friend notice and mention to me they think im getting smaller too. i havent shown my bf them for a week now. im too embarrassed to show him again incase he says something too. he is very honest! feels like im back to the same old boobs but with scars now. yeah mine seem to drop fast too!

Hi girls, have been really down all weekend too. At first I wasn’t really sure why, was just really peed off at anything and everything. Now I have started on my boobs, which also seem to be getting smaller. Theres been almost no change since my op, one dropped slightly, just enough to make them look completely uneven, the other is showing no sign of budging at all which is worrying as its been nearly 4 weeks now. And now it does seem that they are shrinking. I def have a larger gap between them and all the lovely changed that they are supposed to go through seem to be going backwards, I prepared myself for all the changes but never realised I’d like them post op and the when the changes happened I’d never like them as much. 😥

ahh princess, im sorry you are feeling crap too. you just described exactly how i feel right now too. My right side has dropped and it is also the right that has the wonky lower nip anyway so it now looks way out of shape lol and the scar on my left is higher than my right and as the left boob hasnt dropped it really shows. hopefully it will drop and hide the scar slightly.

does just feel like going backwards doesnt it. im just hoping they will change soon. dont wanna feel like this all the time!

Omg ditto! My left has lower scar and had lower nipple pre op too (and still is), am hoping the breast pocket hasn’t been cut lower to accommodate it and now it’s gonna stay like that! I think I’ll call nurse today, I know its still early days but my left dropped around 1 week so the right is 3 weeks behind now! I really wanna stop feeling like this now, rubbish isn’t it?

had to purchase a smaller sports bra 😡

but, just always think of how they were before to how wonderful they are now. chin up babes.xx

I did put an old bra on just to see the difference, you are right. I think I’m just getting used to them!
