BMI higher than 35?!

Has anyone had a breast enlargement done and their BMI has been higher than 35? I’m 5’5 and I’m not sure my weight but I’ve always been in the obese category. My chest is probably a AA and I’ve always been so self conscious.
Just wondering if it’s actually worth going down the route of a consultation? I don’t want to waste my time or theirs!

I am (42yrs old) 5’6 and 14stone obese in BMI I had my BA in 2020, 600cc, I now have boobs to match my fuller body best decision I have ever made. I’m on Instagram: ba.20.08.2020
