I had an uplift and 340cc implant last sept, which is almost similar to a reduction, as they cut away skin then sew back up and lift, either with your own breast tissue or an implant. In my case, i had to have an implant, as i was a very saggy 34b so an uplift alone would have left with a flat chest. it is amazing how good they do reductions and lifts and the scars fade loads.
my scars are very minimal now, and have turned a white colour, so you can’t really see them. I now measure a 32f. my sister in law had an uplift from a saggy 32f and hers boobs look fantastic, you didnt even have an impant, and they are so pert and round. She had hers done on the nhs though.
