12 days post op and I’ve got serious boob ache! It’s even spread through my back to my right boob which is 7.5 months post op and didn’t have the re op on! Hope it means I’m getting some more feeling back but I doubt it lol xx
Are u wearing a macom? Sounds random but I found that my Macom was ruining my back/spine and hurting my boobs to, I had a really achy pain going through the both of them. Could be completely different to yours but I changed from my macoms to my sports bra’s and I feel a lot better! I was also sleeping flat and it helped my back so much and only had stiff achy boobs when I woke up for some at strange reason. Sorry if I’m not much help! Hope it gets better xx
Yeah ive got my Macom on, might change to my sports bra and see of it makes a difference. I think the ache is making my back tense up which is making it worse. Thanks hun xx
