boob hardening tightness

Hi ther had op weds obviously at first there sore hard etc..

day 1 at home awful left breast swollen more really tight feeling rang nurse spoke to surgeon said not to worry use ice for swelling which was good//

anyway fab night sleep got up with little pain had tablets felt pretty good wander if ive over done it now though as swollen breast gone up again really tight sore feel crap really hating this tight hard feeling makes me feel quizzy!!

any help here?? xx
