Boob pains/tightness

Nearly 2 weeks post op and my right boob just keeps feeling tighter and tighter and more painful, is there anything people can suggest that seems to relieve the tightness feeling? Xxx

One of mine is the same some people say massage it but I’m scared to maybe try putting some cream on but keep away from the incisions I’ve put some cream on but just gently rubbed it on x

don’t massage your boobs, not unless you have been told to by the surgeon other wise it can cause problems, but the tightness just go away soon give it till your 3 weeks post op xxx

abbie, mine felt like that the other day but they are ok now.

I was told I can massage mine after a week, 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night. They are starting to soften on top with more movement.
