boob still sore 4 months on is this normal xx

as above really girls, my right breast is still tender to touch and lately ive been getting quite alot of shooting and sharp pains in it just wondering is this to be expected, i thought the tenderness would have gone by now tbh xxx

I still get the odd shooting pains, especially when it’s cold! They bloody hurt, I’m 10 months post op x

Yeah they bloody hurt it takes you by surprise sometimes. I didn’t think they still be sore tho after 4 months but I hope it goes soon xx

Your boobs can take up to a year to fully settle, sometimes longer…I don’t get the pains often but when I do it’s just as you say – takes your breath away x
